Noluthando Langeni is an accomplished executive and visionary leader with an extensive track record of service and leadership across both the public and private sectors.
With a strong foundation in healthcare, community development, and corporate governance, she has carved out a respected space in South Africa’s mining and investment landscape.
Noluthando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing Science (BA Cur) from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Nursing Education from the University of Natal. Her early career milestones include becoming the first Black Principal Matron in the Department of Health and Population Development an achievement that set the tone for her lifelong commitment to breaking barriers and advancing transformation.
She is a former Group CEO of both the National African Women’s Alliance (NAWA) and South African Women in Mining Investment Holdings (SAWIMIH), where she now continues to serve as a Director. Under her leadership, NAWA KZN was recognised as the Best Women-Managed Company in the province, and she received the prestigious Umyezane Award from the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development in 2005 for her contribution to women’s economic empowerment.
